All vouchers purchased have a 12 month validity period and are non refundable after this period. 

If a cash refund is requested in line with our 24 hour cancelation refund policy you will occur a 5% admin fee on refunds below £400, over this amount it will occur a 10% admin fee. Any outstanding credit on account must be requestd in writing within a 6 month period from aquirement for a cash refund(less admin fees stated above), credit on accounts will be honoured for lessons indefiinately with exception of vouchers that hold a 12month validity from purchase date. 

Refund Policy

EC Pro (Wow Design Solutions Limited) does not issue refunds. Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Livery using the EC Pro system.

Please contact the Yard, School or Livery directly. Hill Farm Riding School is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
